Grass Root Education And Training Partners work with local councils, communities, regional and national governments, as well as other organisations and individuals to provide educational support services in communities. We undertake research activities in local communities in order to help provide solutions to some of the challenges faced by these communities. Reports shows that 25% of children in Sierra Leone are currently out of school which is approximately 524,000. We are working to make sure that these children are able to gain access to formal education. We believe that lack of access to basic education is a denial of a fundamental human right.
